These SMS Terms govern text-message communications sent by EVO Integrated Solutions LLC under the EvoSys Pro brand and, where applicable, service businesses using EvoSys Pro technology to communicate with individuals who have provided the required consent.
1. Program Description
SMS may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling or rescheduling information, service follow-ups, support messages, and other communications described at the point of consent.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in through an EvoSys Pro or participating business web form, booking flow, designated keyword flow, or another consent mechanism that clearly describes the messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive messages consistent with that disclosure. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interaction and the applicable program. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are your responsibility.
4. STOP / HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of further messages from the applicable sending number. You may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact support@evosyspro.live.
5. Supported Carriers
Availability depends on participating wireless carriers and network conditions. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by carriers or filtering systems.
6. Privacy & Consent Data
Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to operate the messaging service. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Consent & Operational Responsibilities
EvoSys Pro is designed to support consent-aware messaging workflows, suppression handling, STOP/HELP processing, and program disclosures. Customer organizations remain responsible for using the platform in accordance with their agreements, applicable law, carrier requirements, and the consent obtained for each communication program.
8. EvoSys Wholesale Seller Messages
EvoSys Wholesale is a product of EVO Integrated Solutions LLC, operated under the EvoSysPro platform. Its seller text messages are a separate program from the EvoSys Pro service messages described above. You join only by submitting the seller inquiry form at evosyspro.live/sell and checking the optional SMS box, which is unchecked by default. Submitting the form without checking the box does not enroll you, and consent is not a condition of any service. Messages are about your property inquiry: follow-up questions, appointment scheduling and transaction updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
